The market in south Florida.....

There is such a shortage of homes for sale I have to keep sending buyers home with no purchase.

They keep coming back and by the time they arrive 75% of the homes I have booked are all under contract

by the time they land.  It is so frustrating to a buyer, I know this.  Listing agents are getting wise and not

accepting offers unless the buyer has viewed the home in person because they fly down here taking the home

off the market and then change their minds, only to cancel the contract.  I am hoping we will get a bit more inventory

once the holidays are here since this is supposed to be our slow time.  I will keep you posted if we see more inventory but for

now it is slim pickings.  If you see something you like, you better bid over asking, that is what everyone else is doing!
