My goal as a Realtor is helping people find their perfect place to call home and helping sell their wonderful house they’ve called home. Whether you’re a first time home buyer or looking for your home to retire & settle in, I’m here to make your home buying and/or selling experience as smooth and easy as possible.

In my former full time career, I was the President/CEO of Davidjames Entertainment, Inc. which included six subsidiary firms working with almost all facets of the music industry. I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with the who’s who in the music industry including and not limited to; legendary engineer & producer Bill Halverson ( Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Creem, Bad Company, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, etc.) , Jazz/Fusion greats like Niacin, Dennis Chambers, Billy Sheehan, Tony MacAlpine, John Novello, Stu Hamm, Jeff Berlin, Alex Skolnick Trio, Dave LaRue, Michael Manring, Poogie Bell, CAB, Bunny Brunnel, modern rock artists like Marky Ramone, Derek Sherinian, Planet X, King’s X, Spock’s Beard, The Flower Kings, Moth, Mike Keneally, Kerry Livgren (Kansas); instrumentalists like Alex DeGrassi, & Adrian Legg to name a few.
Additionally, under my professional performance name of Dimitrious James, am the founding member of Progressive Music band Acumen. I’ve been making my living in the music business since age 18 performing, teaching, as a recording artist and businessman.

I’m an alumnus of the famed & renowned Berklee College Of Music, and also attended Cincinnati Conservatory Of Music at the University Of Cincinnati. I also attended Cincinnati State College for a degree in business, and lastly Hondros Business college for Real Estate.
